What this document covers

This document describes what data the Trading Hub learning platform collects, why it is needed, how long it is stored and how to delete it.

The course is educational in nature. The course materials do not constitute individual investment, legal or tax advice.

What data is collected

First and last name. You enter them yourself in the final test form so that your personal manager knows whose result they have received. Unless you submit the form, your name is not stored anywhere.

Final test result. The answers you selected, the number of correct answers, the pass mark and the date of the attempt are stored.

Completed lesson marks. Only the lessons you have marked yourself with the “Mark as completed” button are stored.

Actions in the course. Opening a lesson, marking it as completed, exercise attempts marked “correct” or “incorrect,” use of the calculator, and submitting the final test with its score. These are recorded together with a technical visitor identifier and the time. Your name, IP address, browser information and time spent on the page are not added to these records.

Lesson feedback. Your answer to the question “Was this clear?” and, optionally, the lesson section and a comment of up to 500 characters. It is stored together with the technical visitor identifier; a new answer replaces the previous one. Do not include personal data in your comment.

Technical visitor identifier. A random number in the `th_visitor` cookie that lets us show your progress the next time you visit. It is not linked to your name until you submit the final test form.

Session cookie. Used to protect forms against request forgery and to store your current test attempt. It is deleted when you close the browser.

IP address when logging in to the administrative area. It is stored only when someone attempts to log in to the restricted area and only to protect against password guessing.

What the platform does not collect

The platform does not request or store your trading account details: login, password, account number, card details, balance amounts or trade history.

The platform does not connect to your brokerage account and does not carry out any trading operations.

The course pages contain no third-party analytics counters or advertising trackers. The content security policy prohibits the course pages from sending data to third-party addresses.

Never send passwords, verification codes or card details to your personal manager, and never enter them on the course pages.

Why this data is needed

To show you your progress and let you continue learning from where you left off.

To check the final test on the server and generate a result that you pass on to your personal manager yourself.

To understand which lessons and questions cause difficulties in order to improve the course.

To protect the restricted area against password guessing.

To calculate learning metrics in aggregate form: at which lesson learners most often stop, which exercises are solved on the first try, and whether people come back after a failed test attempt.

Who sees your data

The final test result is available via a link that you receive after completing the test. You pass the link on to your personal manager yourself — the platform does not send it automatically.

The result link contains a random identifier and is not indexed by search engines. However, anyone you share it with will see the name you entered and your test result.

The course administrator sees test results and overall progress in the restricted area.

Lesson feedback is visible to the course administrator.

How long data is stored

Test results and completed lesson marks are stored for as long as needed to support your learning.

The cookie with the technical visitor identifier is valid for one year from the time it was last updated.

Records of login attempts to the restricted area are used only to limit the frequency of attempts.

Records of actions in the course and lesson feedback are deleted automatically after 12 months.

How to delete your data

You can remove a completed lesson mark with the same button at the end of the lesson.

To stop the platform from recognizing your device, delete the site’s cookies in your browser settings. After that, your progress will no longer be shown on that device.

To delete your final test result, write to the contact address given at the beginning of this document and include the link to your result.
