Setting up MetaTrader 5

• Broker: FxPro Markets Ltd.
• Server: FxPro-MT5.

MetaTrader 5 (MT5) is the trading terminal you’ll use to work directly with your trades.

At this stage, you need to connect the trading account you registered with FxPro to MT5 and add the trading instruments you need.

MetaTrader 5 is available for:

• Windows / macOS;
• Android;
• iOS.

To connect, you’ll need the details you received after registering with FxPro:

• Login — your login;
• Password — your password;
• Server — the server.

How to connect:

1. Open MetaTrader 5.
2. Go to the account management section.
3. Select “New account.”
4. Find FxPro.
5. Select the right server.
6. Enter your login and password.
7. Confirm the connection.

Once you’re connected, the app should display your trading account and its balance.

After logging in, make sure that:

• your trading account is displayed;
• the correct balance is shown;
• the connection is established;
• you can open the list of trading instruments.

If the account won’t connect, first check that you entered the correct:

• login;
• password;
• selected server.

Once your account is connected, add the instruments you’ll be working with.

Our system uses:

• XAUUSD — CFD on gold vs. the US dollar
• XAGUSD — CFD on silver vs. the US dollar
• EURUSD — euro / US dollar
• NZDUSD — New Zealand dollar / US dollar
• USDCAD — US dollar / Canadian dollar
• AUDUSD — Australian dollar / US dollar
• USDJPY — US dollar / Japanese yen
• GBPUSD — British pound / US dollar
• GER40 — CFD on the German index

Add them to your list of available instruments so they appear in MT5 and are ready to work with.

• Connect MetaTrader 5 using the details from registration: Login, Password, Server.
• After connecting, check the account, the balance and the connection.
• If the account won’t connect, check your login, password and server first.
• Add the system’s instruments to your list so you can open their charts.
